Dear Customer Service Team,nnI am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience at Autopro.nnToday, I visited your service center for an Extreme Wash and also carried out an oil change service. Shortly after leaving, the engine warning light appeared on my dashboard — an issue that was not present before the wash and service.nnI returned immediately and requested the team to connect the diagnostic computer and clear the issue. However, I was informed that I would need to pay AED 140 for this, despite the fact that the problem occurred right after the service. After raising my concern and speaking with the supervisor, she instructed the staff member to check the issue.nnUnfortunately, the technician appeared unsure of how to properly diagnose or fix the problem. He connected the computer but seemed unclear about the issue source and was unable to resolve it. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.nnI am a regular customer, and this situation was both unexpected and frustrating. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that an appropriate resolution be provided as soon as possible.nnI look forward to your prompt response
