I want to share my experience with this tyre repair shop.nnFirst story:nI went there with one of my cars and explained that there was a leak because I suspected the wheel was cracked. However, they didn’t believe me and I asked to checking the wheel .they told my everything is normal they Instead, they pushed me to change the tyre. I paid for it, but the tyre was still leaking.nAfter I complained, I again told them that the rim might be cracked. They told me to flip the rim, and once they removed it, they finally found the crack — exactly what I had mentioned from the beginning. They apologized, but when I asked for a refund since the tyre change was unnecessary, they refused. They were unhelpful and seemed to only care about taking money.nI also noticed that one of the workers did not know how to properly fix or assemble the wheels. He kept calling his friend multiple times to ask how to do the job. I even saw him making several mistakes with other customers’ cars, which was very concerning.nSecond story:nI took my 4x4 car to them and told them one of the tyres was leaking. They checked using soap and water but said they couldn’t find anything and told me it was normal. They did not take my concern seriously. I then took the car to another workshop, and they found a nail in the tyre.nConclusion:nBased on my experience, they seem careless with their work and more focused on making money than properly helping customers.
In case you in the middle of Abu Dhabi and you need to refill your engine oil or fix a punctured tyre. Expensive given it is in the heart of the city, but convenient when in need.
Staff friendly and super helpful, although the place was very busy they were ready to help with positive attitude.nnYou can change tyres, brake pads, batteries, lubricants, light bulbs and more, and although the needed part was not readily available it was sourced within a reasonable time.nnThank you
This shop is located inside Bateen Adnoc Petrol station. Excellent service, and i would like to thank the technician who helped me with my car. It was slightly more expensive than the workshops in mussaffah, but it was worth the time. The only issue i had was the waiting time due to a limited place to park my car.
It is a great place for quick fix. It is never going to replace a fully pledged car service. My recommendation is something pops out on your dashboard take the car in the morning and have it back after work
