The garage is very modern and one stop for complete services with large capacity. I compared it with other garages and Carzilla unique customer service is outstanding. Fantastic service and assistance. I contacted the garage before my visit about my newly purchased 2017 Bentley bentayga and the level of remote support by phone provided by Mr Jerin was excellent. A quotation was provide very promptly. After dropping the car for repairs and service I received professional and fast service and support including purchasing of parts within 2 days. I received I courtesy text checking How's things are after a days from picking up the car.
Excellent experience with Carzilla. I used them for a paintless dent repair on my car door and was very impressed with the quality of the work. The repair was completed in just a day and a half, and the results were outstanding. The team was professional, helpful, and never tried to upsell unnecessary services. Communication was great with regular WhatsApp updates throughout the process. I handled the drop-off and collection myself, and everything was smooth and hassle-free. Reasonably priced and highly recommended.

He knew exactly what I was looking for and he immediately explained to me the full process. He got me a quotation and explained to me in details how was the pricing calculated.n2 - Service : Mr. Karim booked the appointment for me and explained to me the time needed for the work to be done.nOn the day of the appointment Mr. Karim hosted me and onboarded the car.n3 - Completion of the work: I can clearly tell that the work done is really professional, (Installation of full body Kit to my Touareg), everything was fixed very professionally with zero mistakes. Very satisfied of the result.n4 - Delivery : Mr. Karim informed me about the completion of the work and the timing to collect my car.nDuring the collection of the car Mr. Karim himself delivered the car to me after a nice and clean wash, and based on his expertise he has explained to me what extra job can be done to enhance further the look of my car (it already looks amazing and totally different) and he really comvinced me that few items needs to be repainted for better look and which I am planning to do in the comning few months.nnGreat Job Carzilla and thank you very much Mr. Karim, it was a pleasure working with you.
Took my Audi A3 here because the AC wasn’t cooling properly. They checked the system, found a leak, and explained the problem clearly before doing the repair. The price was reasonable compared to other garages I checked. It took a bit longer than expected, but they kept me updated. AC is working fine now. Overall, honest service and good experience DESERVE FIVE STARTSSS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!
