Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory.nMany essential spare parts for Nissan Y62, Y61, and Nismo were unavailable, whether mechanical or interior items.nThis problem has existed for years.nFor a spare parts center, availability is very important, and I hope this improves in the future.

Honest to god i regret buying a nissan simply because of how horrible and slow this place is. They are never on time reaching them on the phone is a nightmare.nnI have a Nissan Patrol that was in a minor accident and needed a bumper change. They told me it needs 10 days which is more than enough time to change a bumper. It has been now 20 days and so far they have done NOTHING i repeat NOTHING to the car.nI went to go check on it and found it parked at the exact same spot I left it.nnWhen i confronted them about this they made it seem like i was being unreasonable for questioning their services. Now they told me they need another 15 business days to fix my car which is even more time than earlier promised.nnIm never buying a nissan again if THIS is what I have to deal with. Go to the bmw maintenance or any other dealership and compare their services.nnHorrendoes display of professionalism.
