GarageBuddy UAE is an independent aggregator platform. We collect and display publicly available information about automotive service providers across the United Arab Emirates to help vehicle owners find and compare workshops in their area. We are a technology platform; nothing more.

We are not an automotive service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any commercial or legal relationship with any of the workshops listed on this platform.

Source of Workshop Data

All workshop listings displayed on garagebuddyuae.com are sourced from Google Maps / Google Places; a publicly available database of business information. We do not independently create, verify, or validate the accuracy of any listing. Business names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings, opening hours, photos, and other details are retrieved from Google’s public data and are displayed as-is.

GarageBuddy UAE makes no claim of ownership over any workshop listing, and no listing constitutes an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee of any kind regarding the quality, safety, legitimacy, or licensing of any automotive service provider.

No Commercial or Legal Relationship

Unless a workshop has explicitly registered and claimed its profile through our verified claim process, GarageBuddy UAE has no commercial, contractual, employment, agency, or any other legal relationship with any listed workshop. Listed workshops have not paid to be included, have not agreed to our terms, and have not authorised us to act on their behalf in any capacity.

GarageBuddy UAE does not represent, act as agent for, or enter into agreements on behalf of any workshop. Any booking, enquiry, quotation, or transaction initiated through this platform is solely between the vehicle owner and the workshop, and GarageBuddy UAE is not a party to it.

Workshop Removal Requests

Any workshop or business owner who wishes to have their listing removed from GarageBuddy UAE may submit a removal request at any time by contacting us at:

Please include the workshop name, location, and any supporting information confirming ownership or authorisation to act on behalf of the business. We will process verified removal requests within 7 business days and the listing will be permanently removed from our platform. Removal from GarageBuddy UAE does not affect the listing’s presence on Google Maps or any other third-party platform.

Indemnity; Customer Actions

GarageBuddy UAE accepts no liability whatsoever for any action, claim, loss, damage, injury, dispute, or expense arising from the conduct of any vehicle owner or customer who discovers, contacts, or engages with a workshop through our platform. This includes but is not limited to: disputes over service quality or pricing; personal injury or property damage arising from workshop services; non-performance or cancellation of services; and any financial loss suffered by either party to a transaction.

All such matters are strictly between the vehicle owner and the workshop. GarageBuddy UAE shall be indemnified and held harmless from any claim brought by a customer in connection with a workshop found through this platform.

Indemnity; Workshop Actions

GarageBuddy UAE accepts no liability whatsoever for any act, omission, or conduct of any workshop listed on our platform. This includes but is not limited to: defective or negligent vehicle repairs; misrepresentation of services or prices; unlicensed or uninsured operations; damage to customer vehicles; personal injury to customers or third parties; and any regulatory breach by the workshop.

GarageBuddy UAE does not inspect, audit, certify, or supervise any workshop on this platform. No listing should be taken as a representation that a workshop is licensed, insured, reputable, or fit for any particular purpose. Users engage with workshops entirely at their own risk.

Any workshop whose conduct results in a claim against GarageBuddy UAE agrees (by virtue of their listing appearing on this platform) to indemnify GarageBuddy UAE and hold it harmless from any resulting losses, damages, legal costs, or expenses.

Accuracy of Information

Workshop details on this platform may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. GarageBuddy UAE does not guarantee that any information; including prices, phone numbers, opening hours, or service offerings; is current or accurate. Always verify directly with the workshop before travelling or making decisions based on information displayed on this platform.

Governing Law

This disclosure and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
