Date: 20.11.2025nTime: 10:40 AMnnI had a very disappointing experience at Ford Service Centre – 16th St, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The service advisor, Mr. Zayed Al katheeri, spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. While I was simply answering the questions he asked about my car, he told me, “don’t speak too much.”nnAs a customer, I expect professionalism and basic respect. His attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. My complaint is specifically about the service advisor, Mr.Zayed AlkatheerinnThe Ford company itself is very good, and I hope management will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to improve the customer service experience at this branch.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ford service, and unfortunately, it completely changed my perception after being a loyal customer since 2008. I always believed that dealing directly with the brand guaranteed professionalism and proper customer care, but sadly, that was not the case.nnI brought my car in due to a transmission issue. Initially, they asked me to leave the car for three days for diagnosis. From the beginning, the advisor dismissed my concerns, saying the behavior I described was “normal.” After two days, they called me to say they found no issue and would only perform a transmission software update, charging AED 472 on top of AED 522 for the inspection.nnThey also mentioned a rear crank oil leak but said it was not urgent and could be addressed later. I picked up the car, but shortly after, the transmission problem appeared again.nnSince my scheduled service was due (a plan I have been paying with them for the past 8 years), I brought the car back. Once again, they insisted there was nothing wrong with the transmission, but this time they reported multiple oil leaks and provided a quotation of around AED 10,000.nnFortunately, I decided to get a second opinion from another workshop. I even told them I was ready to proceed with what Ford had diagnosed. To my surprise, they informed me that Ford’s report was incorrect. The oil leak was coming from a completely different area, reducing the repair cost by more than 80%.nnThey also properly diagnosed the transmission issue, which turned out to be a Transmission Lead Frame failure that required replacement. Even after fixing both the oil leak and the transmission issue (including parts and labor), the total cost did not exceed AED 3,500.nnYou can draw your own conclusions. Personally, I feel completely disappointed and let down by Ford. I paid for a diagnosis that was inaccurate and a problem that was never resolved—or worse, not properly identified.nnI strongly believe Ford should re-evaluate their internal processes, the competence of their staff, and their commitment to honesty and customer care. I truly hope no one else has to go through such an experience.

Good Evening,nnI have taken my Ford F150 for a usual service at the date 19/February/2026 (Oil change) , I am a fanatic car guy with a good background in car mechanics, after receiving the car from them and driving for 5000 kilometers, I wanted to change the oil outside the service center (same oil type without changing the filter) then I discovered that I had an oil leak from my oil drain plug. I took pictures of it and sent it to my service advisor and he raised a warranty claim, to my surprise I got refused from warranty department two times as they have checked the car history and saw that I have bought Oil and oil filter before and they used that as an excuse to avoid fixing their mistake.nnNow since i got my car brand new from ford Abu Dhabi, i have serviced with them and never saw an issue (even though doing a major service only at 100,000 is a cheap tactic by the dealer to reduce their costs) , it seems like they hired new technicians who use impact tools on oil drain plugs!! because the bolt is stripped and on top of that , the service technician managed to make a small puncture in a double plated steel pan!! i believe he torqued the drain bolt to 200nm because it is unbelievable that he used a normal ratchet to tighten and torque to spec, now I have to resort to external garages because even a new oil pan paid by myself wont be available until minimum 15 days by the dealer spare parts!! what is this incredible neglect. please beware and always check your vehicle before recieving it, i will attach photos of the leak and the damagennNEVER RECIEVE IT UNTIL YOU FULLY CHECK THE CAR ! and extra pro tip, dont give them your mulkiya or phone number when you buy parts they will use it against you.nnTerrible experience and I will be raising this matter with Ford Middle East.
