Very difficult to understand what happened in my service appointment.nAltough i was very happy in the last 5 years, today i was very disappointed. My car Jeep renegade was brought by me to Musaffah service and was expecting a call the same day. At 5.10 pm i was informed that the car has oil and coolant leak and repair is recommended which is around 7000 AED and my car needs to stay there 1 week.nAfter i complained about the high cost and long term stay, they assured me that Sunday afternoon i will be able to get car back(4 days).nI told them that in Musaffah i will find another service that will repair it for half price. After that statement 1000 AED discount was offered and i accepted.nUnfortunately today i received another call and was informed that spare parts are not available(all of a sudden??) And they are in Italy. They dont know if it will be available in 1 or 3(??) Months and i should check other services in Musaffah as i told them.nI took my car back, paid 1300 AED for minor service which is also very high.nNow i dont know if they will call me when parts are available or just need to sell the car and never buy Jeep ever again
I have been a client with them for more than 7 years. All my jeeps’ services and repairs are done with them. They are charging for very random things and the labor charge is too high while the parts cost is almost nonexistent. They never take into consideration anything, even for inspection they will take more than 500 Dhs. I am very disappointed as I was a very loyal customer but after dealing with them recently and seeing the extra charges they have been including I will avoid going to the service center.
Avoid the latest generation of Jeep cherokees. Not sure if they sold me a lemon, but I've had multiple issues with mine since day 1 of ownership (bought new/1st owner).nnCollision safety & lane assist systems randomly not working, then working a few minutes later. This has happened so many times that I've lost count.nnTrunk gets seized and doesn't open if parked outside for an extended amount time on hot days. Has happened about 5 times, only way it opens is if you park in the shade and let the car cool downnnWindshield wipers stop working when parked outside for extended amounts of time. Happened numerous time, also lost countnnUconnect media system has multiple connectivity issues. Service center was told multiple times about the issue. Went in February to complain about the issue again in-person less than a week after my 60k km service (where I had also brought up the issue) because it was acting up more than usual that day. I was told and update is available, but if it bricks the media unit I'll be responsible for replacing the unit because its not covered under the warranty after 60000km. I was told the best they can do is ask the company that provides the media units to give me a discount if Jeep bricks my current unit by updating it.nnRemote start works about 1 out of 5 timesnnNone of these issues have been resolved by the dealership. In short, go with another car if you dont want to feel like you were sold.nnUpdate on ongoing list of issues:ntransmission won't shift properly/car shudders when shifting. Mileage is 65000km.nnUpdate on customer service at the actual service centre:nWhen I last went in February I was told by the branch manager that I would be contacted when a replacement/loaner car was available so they could keep my car for (another) thorough diagnostic. We are now in Mid-May, still haven't heard anything from them.nnFor context, the vehicle had already been given to them last summer (2025) for about 1-1.5 weeks, while I was out of town, to work out all the gremlins. Issues weren't resolved.
Like every other dealership, they are good, but prices is a bit high, my recommendation is to avail offers, and request for manager's discount. Overall they have a professional stuff and very friendly invironment
What an amazing team, Mr.Mamoon was just brilliant, thank you so much for your guidance and the service provided. Very professional and knowledgeable, delivered my Gladiator before time and assisted me to get it in best shape ever.nMr.Basem guided me through the parts , made sure im getting the highest quality with the best price possible, absolutely amazing.nI cant thank you guys enough and im really happy with this service center.
