Horrible horrible! The lady behind the WhatsApp expects me to message her, good customer service is to pick up the phone and speak to the customer if English is not her first language and cannot message clearly!nCreating huge misunderstanding! Plus, after all this, she still expects me to fill in more papers she sends on WhatsApp. The worst customer service and reception I have dealt with ever in Abu Dhabi in the past 15 years.
Just am very mistaken service after sale very bad they not honest really am very sad I have problems in my car I have skoda Kamiq I going to musaffah branch they check then they tell you can take your car with you and later we will call you 3 months now I call them then answer to me but they tell me later we will call you and will inform you what is the problem about your car I call many time but nothing really I don’t know what I will do حسبي اللهونعم الوكيل
I would highly advise not to get in business by purchasing a car with Ali & son are a disaster.nMy car has visited the workshop 3 times for the same manufacture issuenMy car has been in the workshop for 2 weeks now with no update and no expected date to resolve the issue. The car advisor and the manager are useless, unhelpful and unprofessional and do not answer calls.
In short, I had to sell my Golf R that I dreamt of buying for years after only 1 year of use, just because of the TERRIBLE SERVICE CENTRE! IMAGINE!!!nnI have been dealing with Islam.. Really bad service team.. not responsive.. a brand new car started showing issues that you shouldn't expect in even after 5 years, and what is worse is that the team here they dont know anything .. it is a trial and error for them.. everytime i had to bring in the car, leave it with them for a couple of days to consult with the manufacturer to get no proper instructions and then improvise and ask me to try the car and see if it got better.. things like light issue, squeecky noises issue that they can't fix in a brand new car. First and last time buying a VW car.. and first and last te dealing with Ali & Sons dealership.
