How to Renew Your Mulkiya
Mulkiya renewal requires three steps: first, ensure your vehicle has a current valid insurance policy, as the insurance policy number is linked to the registration. Second, take the vehicle for the annual technical inspection at an approved centre (Tasjeel in Dubai, Tamam in Abu Dhabi, or equivalent). Third, pay the annual registration fee online through the relevant transport authority app, at a self-service kiosk, or in person at a service centre.
