I got into trouble during the rain and my steering suddenly became super hard. I called Prime Auto Care right away and they sent a recovery truck within about an hour. Price was very reasonable too.nnThey also sent me the quotation the same day and actually explained what the problem was. What I really appreciated is they didn’t try to do a quick temporary fix — they checked properly, found the root cause, and fixed it fully.nnOn top of that, I had a rear wheel “wiggle” issue on my Lexus LS460. Lexus told me just to inspect it would cost AED 1,000 and they’ll probably change the whole control arm. Prime Auto Care checked it and told me it’s just a worn bushing in one of the control arms. They changed the bushing and the problem is completely gone.nnOverall, they know what they’re doing and they don’t push unnecessary repairs. They also tell you what can be done now vs later depending on your budget. Solid people — I’d recommend them.

Wanting a second opinion, I contacted Prime Auto Care and they invited me to bring the car in straight away for an assessment.nThey carefully inspected everything and clearly explained what genuinely required attention and what didn’t. The transparency and honesty were refreshing, and the pricing was fair and reasonable.nI went ahead with the necessary repairs and the difference in how the car drives now is remarkable.nThe team are knowledgeable, professional, and clearly take pride in doing things properly. They work on all makes, but if you have an American car you’ll be in particularly good hands. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be returning!
Was purchasing a car and needed a Pre Purchase Inspection completed. Prime Auto slotted me in after a quick phone call even though they were already closing. They conducted a very in-depth check on my vehicle and told me exactly what I needed to know to give me the confidence before purchasing. Very friendly staff and an incredible business ran by a man passionate about cars. Would absolutely recommend!

If there were less than one star, I would give it zero.nnVery poor and misleading service. From the beginning, they give incorrect information. At first, they act very friendly, but once you leave your car, everything changes.nnThey told me the repair would take 1–2 days maximum. Then it became “sorry sir, we need another day”… and again the same excuse repeated multiple times.nnOn top of that, they charged me a huge amount, and the problem is still not solved.nnAll of this for a simple headlight issue.nnI do not recommend this place at al
