9. Driving Habits
Aggressive acceleration, frequent hard braking, and keeping the engine idling in traffic all increase consumption significantly. Maintaining a steady speed, using cruise control on highways, and anticipating traffic flow ahead are the most impactful habits for reducing fuel costs.
