I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by the completely unprofessional service and lack of communication I experienced with CarGuru. This entire situation has been handled terribly from start to finish, and I would strongly caution others before trusting them with their vehicle.nnFrom Sunday, I was already inconvenienced after having to postpone my major service because I was informed the vehicle could not be returned on the same day. On Monday, my car was collected via recovery truck, and I was immediately informed of the work required and asked to make payment, which I completed without delay. I was assured multiple times that the necessary parts had been ordered from Dubai and that my vehicle would be completed and returned to me on Tuesday, May 12.nnTuesday then turned into a complete nightmare of chasing updates myself. Throughout the entire day, I had to repeatedly follow up with the technician because multiple phone calls and messages went completely unanswered. Every update I eventually received contradicted the previous one. First, I was told the parts were on the way but the car would still be completed that evening. Later, after even more unanswered calls and messages, I was informed the parts still had not arrived and the car would not be ready. Then after 7 PM, I received another message saying the parts had only arrived at 6 PM, meaning the vehicle still would not be completed.nnOnly after further questioning was I finally informed that the WRONG parts had apparently been delivered. This is beyond unacceptable, especially considering you had my vehicle details, VIN number, and invoiced me for original brake pads. How incorrect parts were ordered or delivered in the first place is completely unacceptable and shows a shocking lack of professionalism and attention to detail.nnWhat made this even worse is that after already waiting an additional 24 hours beyond the promised completion time, the delivery of my vehicle continued to be delayed multiple times with no proper communication or accountability. At every stage, I was forced to chase updates myself instead of being proactively informed.nnThe delays themselves are not even the main issue — unforeseen delays happen. The real problem is the complete lack of communication, accountability, honesty, and customer service throughout this process. Not once was I proactively updated. Instead, I was left dealing with repeated unanswered calls, ignored messages, broken promises, and constantly changing explanations.nnAt this point, I am seriously reconsidering continuing any contract or future business with CarGuru. I have made it very clear that I expect proper accountability for how poorly this situation has been handled. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this service.
