Aarya Auto in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi after my car was involved in a non-fault accident. Left rear side got damaged severely. The repair took about 7 days but the quality of work was amazing. When my car got a scratch on the right door, my insurance company gave me three garage options. After checking Google reviews, Arya had the best ratings, so I chose them with full confidence.nnUnfortunately, my experience was very disappointing from the beginning. I sent the car through recovery; the driver dropped it and informed security. I personally called Arya’s service advisors, but they were unable to even locate my car for one full day, despite my regular follow-ups.nnSpare parts ordering and follow-up were very poor. There was no proper feedback unless I continuously chased them. Even after repairs were completed, my car waited several days for painting while other cars were given priority. Eventually, I had to escalate the issue to the manager to get the job done, and painting alone took another two days.nnAfter receiving the car late at night, I noticed the next day that the painting was not done properly. I returned the car, and they accepted the painting defect. Additionally, beadings and skirts were not fixed properly, and the sticker near the front window had air bubbles. This clearly showed a lack of inspection and quality checks before handing over vehicles to customers.nnAfter corrections, I received the car again after two days, only to later find a scratch on the front bumper caused by mishandling in their workshop. This was neither noticed nor reported to me. I had to drop the car again. When I went to collect it, there was another scratch on the rear bumper—again due to mishandling.nnCommunication throughout was very poor. I had to call the service advisor multiple times just to get basic updates, with no proper response until late evening. After repainting again, the car was handed over the next day. I even had to request a basic cleaning & car wash before final collection.nnThe workshop facility itself is spacious and well-maintained, but service quality, workmanship, communication, and supervision need major improvement. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Arya unless significant changes are made in their processes and quality control.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Aarya Auto Repairs LLC Body Shop. After an accident, my insurance company sent my car to them for repairs. One of the issues was the headlight, which they replaced but they used a second-hand part without informing me.nnAfter just a couple of months, the headlight turned yellow and looked worse than before. When I returned to request a proper replacement, they refused to take responsibility and showed very unprofessional behavior. The customer service was extremely poor, especially from Wilson, who was rude and not supportive at all.nnFor a body shop recommended through insurance, I expected professionalism, transparency, and quality work, unfortunately, I received the opposite. I do not recommend this place...
