Mr. Adith, Mr. Khalifa, Mr. Saeed, Mr. Arun and Mr. Hardeep who are in the front office is really helpful and my vehicle had a lot of complaints but this team was really professional and supportive all throughout the process, and solved all the concerns with at most professionalism. I need to special mention the Indian Staff who assisted me today for the release of my car in the Auto Center Al-Futtaim Ajman branch I just forgot to get his name who display a calm, professional, and high quality of service. From the start when I highly got emotional because of the damage of my car, the updates of the services and releasing of my car, he stayed calm which I appreciate a lot and hopefully others will gonna have that kind of attitude towards the customer.
