I recently had a very disappointing experience with Al Tayer regarding the maintenance of my range rover vogue . From the start, the service was unprofessional and left much to be desired.nnAfter taking my car in for maintenance, I found myself waiting an excessive amount of time without any updates. Despite my numerous follow-ups, my calls went unanswered, and I was left in the dark about the status of my vehicle. This was particularly stressful as I needed my car back before traveling.nnEventually, I was informed that I would have to wait for a part to be delivered . I requested to take my car back while waiting for the part, but I was told that this was not possible. They did offer me a spare car, which I appreciated, but the situation only worsened from there.nnTo my shock, I received reminders to collect my car, which felt incredibly rushed given the circumstances. It was particularly disheartening to receive these reminders as a loyal client, especially when I had been left waiting for so long. The lack of consideration for my time and the inconvenience caused was unacceptable. I was even threatened with a charge of AED1,000 if the spare car was not returned by a certain date. It seemed as though my loyalty and patience were completely overlooked.nnOverall, my experience with AlTayer was far below the standard I expect from a luxury service provider. Loyal clients deserve to be treated with respect and consideration, and I hope they can improve their communication and customer service.

Dont you ever consider buying a car from altayer!nnYou think if you buy a car from them they will be able to repair itnUnfortunately my car has been with them since 2 months and still they are not able to fixnnAnd everytime they say that they fixed the problem and then still the car isnt repairednnMoreover i filed a complain several times through their call center and no proper action was taken.
Dreadful, not at all what I expect from a main dealer when servicing my Jaguar. 45 minute wait for booking despite staff having no customers and reception staff too preoccupied with their personal calls to deal with me. Post service, bodywork was scratched whilst being serviced, AC no longer works despite it being done before they received it and cleaning of car post service was woeful. All in all would have been better going to an independent garage, which I will do next time.
Rude and Arrogant Sales Lady;nWent to check the new F Type, opened the door only to find it locked, the sales lady stands up from her desk saying this is the first one in the country and thennimmediately asks me what car do I own! Not even asking my name is, then she goes on with such nerve where do you work at? Ridiculous! Left immediately went next door to a different car company and bought one immediately. She keeps calling if I want to do a test drive, my answer is maybe how about you call me later.nShe has a long way to go to know anything about selling.
