Unfortunately, my experience with this garage was very disappointing.nIt seems they care more about their social media image than actually fixing customers’ problems.nnI paid for the repair, but the issue is still there and was not properly resolved. When a customer pays for a service, the minimum expectation is an accurate diagnosis and a real solution not just words.nnI do not recommend dealing with them if you are looking for a genuine fix, as this experience was a waste of both time and money.

My mitsubishi outlander i had gone here recently after my engine overheated. When I showed him my car he said due to low gear oil it might have had happened, and then he gave me an estimation on 2,500 dirhams, and kept my car for 2 days, then he told me your car is good everything is changed with original parts and it's good now no issues, when I told him there is issues in car please check and he totally refused to do anything, then once I got the car back on road it lasted less than 2 days, in emergency I had to call other mechanic, he opened the car and told me he did not change the radiator he has put older one that too without cleaning it, plus he did open the transmission to check if the coolant is gone inside the transmission or no he just charged so much money to do nothing and said car is okay, because of their lack of professionalism and care now my car is lying down in other garage and the estimation of changing the transmission I've got is 10,000+ dirhams. With all this thief work he even forced me to write a good review. The audacity he had even after ruining my car.
