I had my car’s interior cleaned by Carmate. A few days after the service was completed, I noticed that the unpleasant smell had not been eliminated. I informed their team, and they asked me to bring the vehicle back, which I did.nnInstead of resolving the issue, they placed a very strong air freshener in the rear seat cup holder. The following day, I discovered that the product had melted the plastic cup holder, causing damage to my vehicle. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.nnTo make matters worse, the original odor problem remains unresolved, despite the additional visit and attempted remedy.
