I took my car in for a service, and it was in perfect condition with no issues. They parked the car themselves in their service area, and later claimed the windshield was broken. I made it clear the car was fine, but they tried to shift the blame onto me, even suggesting it was visible in their video. The crack on the windshield was entirely their fault because they parked my car themselves and something fell on it.nnThere was no official compensation, but they replaced the windshield at their own cost, which I suppose counts as “compensation.” My car has PPF (paint protection film), and when I got it back, there were yellow stains—probably from petrol, oil, or AC water. When I asked them about it, they just told me to check with the PPF installer, which was unhelpful.nnAlso, I gave them a clean, washed car, but it was returned dirty with bird droppings. When I pointed it out, they offered to polish it - but how can they safely polish a car with PPF without risking damage?nnOverall, I’m very disappointed with their service, especially at this service branch.
