Had a very bad experience i will not recommend to anyone be careful the team are liars the dont have time value dont waste your money here they charge me like 150 aed extra you can check the pic its the washing they did they just change the oil and one fog light they charge me 350 aed they did pickup 6pm the guy told me will drop the car 8pm but i was messaging the didn’t reply and once he reply they told me the car is done i am coming in 15min they came they pick me after 30 min when we reach to the workshop they didn’t start the car it was 10pm and then they handover the car to me at 11:15pm and they charge full amount only fraud .i will do a police complaint shortly thats it
I had a very bad and unethical experience at Hot Piston garage DIP. I feel it is my responsibility to warn other customers. I took my Audi Q7 on Saturday for a minor service (engine oil and oil filter replacement). Before visiting, I clearly confirmed with the service advisor that they would use genuine Audi / Volkswagen Group engine oil, and she explicitly said YES. Based on that confirmation, I brought my car to the garage around 12:30 PM, along with my wife and daughter.nnThey told me the service would take around one hour. Although car wash and interior cleaning were included, I clearly told them I don’t want any extras as I was in a hurry. The main issue started during the oil change. I noticed they were pouring oil from 1-liter cans that were already opened, with broken seals, peeled-off labels, and uneven oil levels. These cans were old, unbranded, and clearly not genuine Audi / VW oil.nnWhen I questioned them, I was told:nn“These cans were opened for another customer who changed his mind.”nnThis explanation is completely unacceptable and unethical. If an oil can is already opened, the customer must be informed and must approve it first. No one would accept an opened oil can from a shop so why should it be acceptable for a car service?nnHonestly, the cans looked like they were collected, cleaned from garbage, and reused. The oil quality looked cheap, and I strongly suspect it could even be used or drained oil. If I had not stood next to my car and monitored the service, I would never have noticed.nnBy then, they had already poured around 2 liters into my engine. I immediately told them to STOP and demanded only sealed, genuine oil.nnInstead of acknowledging their mistake, I was told:n•tIt was lunch breakn•tGenuine oil had to come from Sharjahn•tI would need to wait 2–3 hoursnnWith my family waiting and my car already opened, I had no option but to wait.nnAfter 2–3 hours, they finally brought sealed genuine oil, which I personally checked before allowing them to proceed. I also forced them to completely drain the 2 liters of oil they had already poured before refilling.nnAnother unfair practice:nMy car also had one simple tire puncture. They repaired it without even removing the tire, yet charged AED 50 for it. Any normal tire shop in Dubai would do the same job for AED 10-20. This is clear overcharging for a basic task.nThe workshop staff were polite but helpless, clearly following management instructions.nThe manager and sales advisors lady showed zero ethics, zero transparency, and no accountability.nnThis entire experience felt like a deliberate scam. If customers do not stand near their vehicle and watch the service closely, they can be easily cheated without knowing.nn❌ Misrepresentation of genuine oiln❌ Use of opened and unbranded oil without consentn❌ Dishonest explanationsn❌ Overcharging for basic servicesn❌ Lack of professional ethicsnnI do not recommend Hot Piston DIP 1, especially for premium vehicles. Please be extremely careful — or better, avoid this garage altogether.
