I will Never Recommend. There a lot of issues in brand new cars. And when you go inside they will not easily proceed anything. Just they will say no one is there for processing. I usually don’t post reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with the Hyundai Mussafah service center.nnAfter my warranty ended, I started facing several costly repairs involving important parts — including the suspension (front and rear mounts, trailing arm) and now the air-conditioning system. These same issues had been reported several times during the warranty period, but I was always told that everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the problems were never fully resolved and only started being “properly identified” after the warranty expired.nnI’m also disappointed with the long waiting times and poor scheduling. Even with appointments booked in advance, my car was often delayed well beyond the estimated delivery time, and updates from the staff were unclear.nnI hope Hyundai UAE takes customer feedback seriously and reviews how service quality and transparency can be improved.

I’m quite disappointed with my recent service experience. I reported an issue with the rear suspension system several times, and on one visit, I was told the required parts had been replaced under warranty. Later, I found out it was only a lubrication job — not an actual fix.nnIt’s frustrating to spend time and trust the process, only to realize the problem was never properly addressed.

Located in Mussafah. Offers a great service with friendly staff. On the downside, the location being in Mussafah, is an added cost to the motorist, in terms of transport, that's, taxi fares after dropping and when it comes to picking the vehicle. A limited bus shuttle to and from Abu Dhabi city is available, but no consideration to clients heading elsewhere ...

I traveled all the way from Abu Dhabi specifically to collect my car, only to find the showroom had closed early due to rain without any prior notice. It’s frustrating to make such a long trip and arrive to find the place shut with no communication whatsoever
