Excellent quality of ceramics coating. My 3-year old car had several scratches in all sides. KM Auto Garage Rashidiya branch (thru Mr. Ravi) offered me a good price for ceramics coating and detailing. And as they promised, they did it very well and restored the looks of my car to its brand new looks. Their service is highly recommended.
Current situation of my water damaged car after one year of cleaning and rust proofing from KM, when I visited them again they said they cannot do anything about it and complaints handling whatsapp number is not responding after raising the complaint.

Not the best experience with the whole service.nAfter car accident, my insurance chose KM garage.nFirst they don’t pick up phone calls. I had to call my insurance company and they reached out to them and gave me different phone number to call someone.nWhile car was in service, i was given a business card to reach out to them. Which i did via WhatsApp, but i was left without any response. When i called, they told me, they will let me know about my car, suprisingly i received a call after 7hours, that i can collect my car next day.nI arrived at 2pm, right after ,their break is over. I had to wait for another 5minutes till somebody shows up at the recepcion.nAfter finally woman came with her backpack, still chatting on her phone. Obviously without greeting.nWhen i approached her than im here to collect my car, she was still texting on the phone, not paying attention whatsoever.nNot mentioning the fact, that tissues, pen and chewing gum were missing from my car. Bit ridiculous, if you cannot afford these items.
