I don’t even wish to give them one star, but unfortunately Google does not allow posting a review without selecting at least one star, so I am left with no choice.nnI had a very disappointing experience with this service center and strongly advise customers to be cautious.nnI initially brought my car in for an engine stalling issue, but from the beginning there were repeated wrong diagnoses, conflicting technical explanations, and very poor communication. I was advised multiple times to replace parts based on incorrect diagnosis, which resulted in direct financial loss to me.nnLater, I agreed to pay AED 600 for A/C repair work, believing the issue had been fixed. After collecting the vehicle, I discovered that the A/C still does not cool at all. When I returned the car, I was suddenly presented with a new quotation of over AED 2,400, listing multiple A/C problems that were never identified during the initial inspection or before charging me.nnThis raises serious concerns about:nnQuality of inspectionnnTrial-and-error repairs at customer expensennCharging for work that does not resolve the issuennLack of accountability and ownershipnnDespite being an authorized service center, the handling of my case showed lack of professionalism, poor technical judgment, and unacceptable customer service. I eventually lost trust and refused further work.nnIf you value your time and money, think carefully before proceeding here and make sure everything is documented in writing before approving any work.
