I recently visited your Al Quoz service center for the 20,000 km service of my Mitsubishi Outlander, where I was assisted by Mr. Mena Nady. I believe his motto is customer happiness, and he truly lives up to it.nnMr. Mena demonstrated excellent customer service skills. He was professional, honest, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. My vehicle was serviced efficiently and handed back to me clean and spotless. What more could a customer ask for?nnI strongly believe that Mr. Mena would be an excellent example for other team members, and I highly recommend that he be considered to support or train the customer service team at the Deira branch.nnI must also honestly state that the Al Quoz Mitsubishi service center is significantly better than the Deira branch, where I previously had a very unpleasant experience during my 10,000 km service. At that time, my brand-new Outlander was returned to me in a dirty condition, and despite raising the issue, the management did not take any effective action.nnThank you for having such a valuable team member as Mr. Mena Nady. He represents the standard of service that builds customer trust and loyalty.
I have Mitsubishi Outlander 2024 and just bought it last year. I am always bring my car to Mitsubishi Service Center Al Quoz for car service 2k, 10k, 20k, & 30k km. And I am paying a lot since my package does not include free service.nnHowever for my 40k, I decided just to bring it to Adnoc Lube for Oil and Oil Filter Change due to our current financial difficulty.nnWhile the engineer is about to start the service, He call me and ask me to come under the car. He showed me and asked me why my oil filter is a Nissan brand? I was shock and I saw it myself. I asked the guy to remove to I can take picture of it. I attched the picture.nnI ONLY bringing my car to Mitsubishi Service Center. To a place I have my full trust to take care of my car since its my car's service center itself. To the place I thought safe.nnI am paying a lot for each 10k km service and this is what I got. I am now have doubt on the other parts that they replaced during my 20k service like breakpad and other!nnI am calling the Mitsubishi Management to look at this!
Tell me if this is the correct way to? I am not mechanic so i dont know but from the looks of it it is not right. Now i have to pay recovery just to bring it back to this service center.
I purchased a brand new Mitsubishi ASX and unfortunately my experience with the service center has been very disappointing.nnDuring the 10,000 KM service, I reported two issues:nn- Loud noise coming from the dashboardn- Noise coming from both side windows/glassnnThe service advisor informed me that the required parts were not available and asked me to return after 2 days once the parts arrived.nnI brought the car back again and left it with them for a full day. Later, I received a call confirming that everything had been fixed and that the car was “perfect”.nnHowever, the moment I started driving the car, I immediately noticed that both noises were still exactly the same. It was very clear that either nothing was properly repaired or the issues were not seriously checked at all.nnThis is extremely frustrating, especially for a brand new vehicle. What disappointed me most was not only the unresolved problem, but also being told the issue was fixed when it clearly was not.nnI expected much better quality control, transparency, and customer service from Mitsubishi.
I booked an appointment for my vehicle’s 1st service but they ask me to leave the vehicle and say it will only be ready the next day. For basic services like oil change and brake pad check, it should not take that long. This makes me wonder whats the point of booking an appointment and service slot is.nnAdditionally, the staff in counter 1 needs to have proper customer service training, he dont know how to accommodate customer. He told me my service contract is not updated. Is this a customer issue????? Overall experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional.
