Be ready to get disappointed at every stage of your service with Nissan Al Rostamani service centre.nnThe service level is low to average, you’ll receive the car back with water spots and oil stains all around it. They don’t even clean the interior.nnIn my last service they upsold to me the ambient light. It was not even fully working when I received it. That costed me nearly 950 AED, for a non fully working ambient light system. How is that not checked?nnThe technicians decided that the radio must be rested with Indian songs channels. Like why do you have to change that. Is it part of the service routine?nnLast but not least, the lack of quality check and work done by the end of the service. They left oil spots on my dashboard, stains on the windows and didn’t even ensure if everything is working.nnI had to drive back nearly 50km back to the service centre to show them these issues, and asking to fix them. That’s not efficient and good use of my time.nnThank you Savio (service supervisor) for listening to me, but the service quality really needs some attention.nnYour service advisors aren’t that concerned unfortunately ud83dude15

Olivier has been my service advisor, and honestly, he always goes above and beyond to get the job done on time. Even though he is extremely busy, he always tries to assist everyone with respect, proactivity, and kindness. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work!
