Totally horrific customer experience! Paid more than 100k AED (approx. 28 000usd) to modify my car, do paint work and ppf. In addition to work taking longer than promised (which is expected in Dubai), the quality was and is terrible. Also they refused to fulfill any of the warranty work in the rudest possible way, which was just disgusting.nnPlease save your money and do your moficiations, paint and ppf somewhere else!!!
Mani is the best and he makes sure that his team will give u the best.nDealing with them for many years and i was never disappointed.. attention to details is great and the body workshop produce A++ quality.nI recommend them to anyone who loves his cars and like them to feel as good as new. Very good garage for luxury cars maintenance
I have used Pros on Wheels on many occasions and their attention to detail and customer service is excellent.nnOne of the very few shops in dubai that you can trust to do the job well without overcharging.nnManuel is very attentive and explains everything in detail - highly recommended.
The worst experience and service you can ever get.nI went to the workshop and clearly explained that i do not have a huge knowledge in mechanics, so i told Manuel the owner what the problem was, as it was explained to me, he told me not to worry and that it is in good hands, well guess what, he did something completely different, didn’t fix the problem which is a brake issue, that is a matter of safety and security, so the least he could’ve done was to be a decent human being and fix it, as it could cause an accident and maybe the death of the people in the car. How can someone be so irresponsible?nNot to mention that he charged more than double the price, claiming the parts are original.nnBasically don’t go there no matter what he tells you, even if it was the only workshop in Dubai.
