I bought Yokohama branded new tyres and drove for 3 months, one tyre found defective and the team has informed me after the inspection, that i drove the car without air where as my vehicle is fully censored, will notify us if any tyre with low pressure and immediately will fill the air this is the usual practice which everyone doing unfortunately no support is getting for a replacement...
I had gotten a puncture in one of my tires, so I replaced it with the spare tire and then took my car into Al Zaabi autocare to have all my tires replaced. Upon reaching, the scene was chaotic as it seemed the owners/management were all there organizing something and had flooded the place. They had parked their own cars everywhere blocking the entrance, making it so hard for me to even drive my car into the garage. There was nowhere to even wait and luckily Mr Raju was kind enough to give me his own chair in his office to wait for the hour or so that they took to replace the tires. Upon completion, I collected my car and set off for home but when I was almost home, i noticed on the sensor that the spare tire in the boot was still showing 0 pressure. I called Mr Raju to ask if they had replaced the spare tire with my old tire and he said he had told his mechanics to but upon asking them he found out that they had not even looked or checked and left the punctured tire there. I then had to once again drive half an hour back to the garage, and upon reaching the scene was even more chaotic with more management types there. Everyone who was working was distracted and nobody even offered to help me or guide me as to what I should do or where I should go. One mechanic then told me to drive my car into the garage, but the driveway was packed with cars belonging to the people there and there was no space and nobody seemed bothered to do anything. Eventually i resorted to honking to get some attention and somehow managed to narrowly drive the car in. Overall very unpleasant and unprofessional experience and if the center should not be operating if it is not willing and able to accommodate customers - instead they seemed more concerned with organizing their marketing and ordering samosas for their launch event.

not professional at all. they seem that the don't have any idea of what they are doing. the stuff is not welcoming and i had to go to another shop to double check what they were doing and it seems that my fears were right. don't recomand. don't go there if you care about your car!
