I only write two types of reviews. It’s either a scathing review or the complete opposite. This is the latter in the sense that I would like to celebrate Silber Arrows and its management in terms of the quality of service that they provide. Specifically, I would like to thank Daniel, I call him Dan the Man with the Plan! He is not only the best person that I have encountered in the automotive industry, but also a fantastically genuine human being. I service/repair 4 of my Benz’s at Silber Arrows and I have been doing so for several years now. I would never consider going anywhere else. And wherever, if ever, Dan leaves Silber Arrows, I will go wherever he goes. Just today we sorted out a minor issue on my W204 C63 in little to no time, without a pre-booking or an appointment or anything. I don’t think I need to say the next part, but I will anyway, just in case I wasn’t clear: I highly recommend Silber Arrows and Dan the Man with the Plan! I appreciate you sir!
