I am very happy with the service received. Sabir treated me very well. The fixation process was smooth and their painless dent removal is fantastic. I highly recommend this service to every Tesla owner.
I experienced horrible customer service and huge delays with my car repair. The staff kept changing the time and day of when I could come and collect my car and finally told me that they would arrange for the car to be dropped off at my place of work at 5:30pm. The car never showed up and the employee I was in contact with had turned off their phone! I was finally able to reach the manager of the company at 8:45pm who was of absolutely no help at all, was extremely rude, and began yelling at me that there was nothing he could do. What a horrible, incompetent garage with rude and inefficient employees. I would never come back here or recommend it to anyone.
Terrible customer service and crooks. I had a very minor scratch on the hood of the Tesla car and they wanted to charge me 2400 dhs for it. When I said it was expensive he replied' we know our jobs' dismissively and walked away... Well when i spoke to Tesla they said jobs like this are around 350 dhs!! Please stay away and don't encourage crooks to take your money.
I given my accident Nissan tida last week to TR LLC and it was serviced by Mr. Elton , and I have to say that I am impressed by Mr. Elton work, the way of deal with customer's professionally , giving his best to meet the deadline under pressure and ensuring customer satisfaction.
